Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All participants of Tree to Tree Aerial Adventure Park must complete a waiver before climbing.  Anyone under the age of 18 must have the participant agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian if going into the trees. The agreement can be completed online before arriving at the park. One adult must stay on the property while minors play in the trees.

To speed up the check-in process, you can complete your waiver online before you arrive to the park. That way we can get you to your adventure more quickly! Guests under the age of 18 must have their participant agreement form signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Is Tree To Tree Safe?

We get it.  Knowing that you’re safe while you’re up in the air, exploring something new, and expanding your comfort zone is a priority.

Safety is our number one priority at Tree to Tree. We have the best safety gear, a safety (belay) line that you remain connected to at all times, and an infallible locking carabiner (smart-belay) system to avoid any user error.

We also have many procedures in place for your safety.  Our certified guides provide a training orientation to teach you about the course and your gear.  They’ll make sure that you understand all of the equipment on your harness, how to use each piece, and you’ll get to give it a shot on our demo course close to the ground to make sure that you’ve got the hang of it!   Additionally, guides who have undergone extensive training are always watching.  On the Aerial Obstacle Course, We watch from the ground to allow you to explore at your own pace, with your own people.   On the zip tour, we’re right up there with you!  We also have many attentive staffers for any questions or concerns you may have that we have not already addressed.

Feel free to give us a call at  (503) 357-0109 if you have any other questions that we can help you out with!

What if the weather is bad?

What’s bad weather?

Tree to Tree is open rain or shine.  On occasion, we do need to close for high winds and lightning. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and compensate accordingly or help you to reschedule for another day.

In fact, its the perfect cloudy day activity around Portland! If it’s rainy on the the beach, a tree adventure is the perfect way to spend the day.  There’s something magical about spending time in the trees with the raindrops falling around you.  If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!

In the spring and fall, Tree to Tree is open weekends and it’s the perfect way to get outside, get some fresh air.  In a cool breeze, the obstacles can be even more invigorating – and we promise that the active adventure you’ll be taking will get your blood flowing in no time!

If in doubt about whether we’ll be open because of the weather or you have any other questions, please call us in the office at (503) 357-0109.

What is an aerial obstacle/aerial adventure course?

An aerial adventure course is an obstacle course set high up in the trees! It requires a bit more physical exertion than a standard zip line tour that you may have experienced elsewhere in the past.

If you’ve completed a high ropes course in the past, you’ve experienced something similar to our aerial adventure park.  Aerial adventure parks like ours are specifically designed as an individual challenge, unlike a high ropes course that focuses on team building. While Tree to Tree Adventure Park does offer team-building activities, these are separate activities than our aerial adventure park.

Our aerial adventure park has different courses and levels that get more difficult and higher up off the ground as you progress. Each course has a series of unique obstacle elements such as ladders, tight ropes, balance beams, and wobbly bridges. Throughout your adventure, you will move from platform to platform among the trees by traversing through different obstacles, like wobbly bridges, swings, and zip lines – while fully secured with harnesses at all times. Our park has NO motorized rides or activities. Your participation is the key element for a thrilling, exhilarating, and fun day. This is a physical activity and guests with medical concerns should consult their physician prior to participating.

When you arrive, we’ll get you set up in a harness, and complete an interactive training orientation session with you to help familiarize you with our equipment and make sure you’re all set to explore our treetops!

If you’re interested in checking out the zip line tour without completing the aerial obstacle course – we can help you out with that, too!  Our zip line only course package allows you to soar through the treetops – for 2 full hours!

Can’t decide? We have many package options available to round out your Aerial Adventure in Gaston, Oregon.  We’ll help you to create the perfect outdoor adventure day for you and your adventure crew!

If you have any questions about our courses or about which course option might be right for you and your group, give our office a call at 503-357-0109 and we’d be happy to help you determine which adventure is best for you!
