Our Policies on Covid-19

Tree To Tree Adventure Parks recognize and understand your concerns about Covid-19 and we continue our strong commitment to providing a safe experience for you, your family, and our team members. Since very few of us have ever experienced or navigated a crisis like a coronavirus, we are closely monitoring and implementing recommendations from federal, state and local agencies including the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) and the world’s health organization (WHO).

Precautions for our guests:

  • Significantly enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures on all guest and employee touchpoints.
  • Significantly enhanced cleaning and sanitation of climbing gear after each use.
  • Maintenance of sufficient supplies of anti-bacterial soap in all hand-washing stations.
  • Increased alcohol-based hand sanitizers throughout all areas of our parks.
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting welcome areas, seating, handrails, tables, restrooms, food locations, and employee break areas.
  • All guests will be equipped with FREE climbing gloves.
  • Increased hygiene signage throughout our parks.
  • Employees presenting any of the three symptoms identified by the CDC will be released immediately to their medical providers.

Social Distancing

Nature is our playground. Our scheduled departures are by reservation and will be reduced by 50%.

Cancellations

Our 48-hour cancellation policy has been revised. Cancellations made within 48 hours with no penalty and customers will receive face-value expiration free credit for a future adventure.

We strongly believe we are at our healthiest when we can be outside. We consider our customers our extended family and like any caring family, we are committed to ensuring the health and wellness of that family.

For additional information about COVID-19, please read the latest report from the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov, or your local health department website.

On behalf of everyone at Tree To Tree Adventure Parks, thank you for your trust in us. I look forward to seeing you out in our parks.
